I did this ride at 6am. 6:11am to be precise. How do I know? iBike automatically puts the ride time and date in the file name when you download it. There is also a field for you to manually input a prefix or suffix. I have the prefix defaulting to "MMAY" and the suffix I leave empty. for this one I used "anaerobic intervals" for the suffix and you can see it right there in the name. Makes it easy to look through the list of files and pick out the one that gives you the info you want. Like if you're looking for the race file from last year's event, or the last 3 times you did 2x20s or whatever. Cool feature.
I will also point out that it was 64 degrees when I started, as per the box on the upper left with all the data. And since you're looking, I do not weigh 195 lbs as stated. But me, my clothes and shoes, full bottle, seat wedge, and whatever I have in my pockets during a ride, along with my bike, weighs 195. iBike needs that information, but you only put it in once per profile. (A race day profile might be the same, but with less weight since I don't carry a pump, minitool or tube, and don't have the seat wedge. But I haven't made that profile yet. When I do, it's easy to apply it to any pre-existing rides to see the data adjusted.)
One thing that's different about the iAero and the PowerTap for intervals is the readout. For the PT, there is a constant power display at the top, with a ride timer at the bottom. So it's easy to look down and see how hard you're going, and how long you have gone or have left. With the iAero, there are two main diplay screens. One has power in the middle all the time, and the bottom flashes between HR and cadence. The other has power in the middle rotating with something I can't remember, with the ride time constant at the bottom. For intervals, I like to see power constant and ride time constant. For racing I like to see power constant and HR constant. I can't do either with the iAero, unless there's a way to set preferences I haven't found yet (which frankly wouldn't surprise me).
