For this one, I just roll over to Beach Drive by the Mormon Temple, then hit it. When I get to a stop light or sign, I get to recover for anywhere between 10 and 45 seconds. Then it's on again until the next one. It's a nice way to get in some VO2 max work in without watching the clock and counting off intervals. You just go until you can't. And then you go again.
The work periods were 19 and 22 minutes, at 312 and 294 watts NP respectively. I'll take this workout over 2x20s any day.
