No, this isn't the same file as yesterday. But it is the same workout (done about 9 watts harder today). Yesterday was supposed to be on Tuesday, but the plan I'm on has 2-3 days off per week (same as the schedule I've always been on). So if I miss a day there's enough rest built in for me to reschedule a workout, depending on the intensity. Back to back LT work is OK (though in later weeks the back-to-back thing won't work as well).
yo homeskillet..you doing these indoors, outdoors, up hills, flats, music going, fans, what? also, you still using that ibike thingy? what the dealio with that thing.
